Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased from SKYMAXX SHOPDEAL GROWTH PVT. LTD. through the official website, mobile application, authorized distributors, franchise partners, direct sellers, and other official sales channels. By purchasing any product, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may submit a return request within 24 to 48 hours from the Invoice Date.

If the request is received within this period and the order has not yet been dispatched, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, SKYMAXX may deduct up to 10% of the total order value towards packaging, handling, shipping, reverse logistics, transportation, and operational expenses incurred while processing the return.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, accessories, safety seals, promotional items, and free gifts intact.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, tampered with, or found unsuitable for resale may not be accepted for return. The Company reserves the right to reject such returns after inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return once opened or used:

• Herbal Juices
• Nutrition Products
• Personal Care Products
• Cosmetics
• Hygiene Products
• Products with broken safety seals
• Customized Products
• Promotional Kits & Special Offer Products
• Digital or Downloadable Products

4. How to Request a Return

Customers should contact SKYMAXX Customer Care through the official support channels and provide:

• Customer ID / Distributor ID
• Invoice Number

The return request will be verified before approval.

5. Return Shipping

Where reverse pickup service is available, SKYMAXX may arrange collection from the customer's address.

If pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to send the product to the address provided by the Company.

Products should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo quality inspection to verify their condition, authenticity, packaging, and compliance with this Return Policy.

SKYMAXX reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection.

7. Refund Process

Once the return is approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase. Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon banking and payment gateway processing.

8. Delivery Condition

Customers should inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, leaking, or tampered with, photographs should be taken immediately and SKYMAXX Customer Care should be informed without delay.

9. Free Gifts & Promotional Items

If an order contains any free gift, cashback benefit, or promotional product, such items must also be returned.

If promotional products are not returned, their value may be deducted from the refundable amount.

10. Misuse of Return Policy

SKYMAXX reserves the right to suspend, reject, or restrict return requests involving repeated unnecessary returns, false claims, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Return Policy.

11. Company Rights

SKYMAXX reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or discontinue this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the official website shall be considered final and binding.
